Live Church Network ("Platform") is a digital community and discovery platform designed to connect churches and worshippers. The Platform facilitates communication, event discovery, prayer requests, and community engagement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform, including all features, content, and services provided by Live Church Network, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on privacy
• Not spam, phish, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts
• Not commercialize or monetize the Platform without explicit permission

Churches using the Platform to publish content, events, or reach the community agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your organization
• Only post content that you have the right to publish
• Ensure all events and information are current and accurate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform to promote illegal activities or hate

You retain ownership of any content you post on the Platform (posts, prayers, photos, etc.). By posting, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

The Company retains ownership of all Platform features, design, functionality, and trademarks.

The Platform uses behavioral signals (searches, follows, interactions) to recommend churches, events, and content. These recommendations are algorithmic and do not constitute endorsement of any church or organization.

The Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

We enforce our Community Guidelines fairly and transparently. Users may appeal moderation decisions.

Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Content posted by other users
• Third-party websites or services linked from the Platform
• Service interruptions or errors

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
