I can't sign in.β–Ύ

If you've forgotten your password, request a one-time sign-in link from the login screen β€” we'll email a magic link that signs you in without a password. If your email isn't recognized, your account may not have been created yet; tap Sign Up.

I'm not getting notifications.β–Ύ

Check your device notification permissions for Live Church Network in iOS Settings or your browser. Inside the app, open Profile β†’ Notifications to confirm the categories you want are enabled. New notifications also appear instantly in the bell tab when the app is open.

How do I delete my account?β–Ύ

Email support@livechurchnetwork.com from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it within 7 days. Account deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, follows, likes, prayer responses, and messages permanently. We comply with applicable retention laws.

How do I report inappropriate content?β–Ύ

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, or profile and choose Report. You can also block accounts so you no longer see their content. Our team reviews every report β€” typically within 24 hours.

Why don't I see any posts on my feed?β–Ύ

Your feed populates as you follow churches and people. Open Discover or use the suggestions on your empty feed to follow a few accounts β€” posts will start showing up immediately.

For church admins

How do I claim my church?β–Ύ

On the sign-up screen choose Church Account β†’ Claim My Church. After signup, find your church in Discover and tap Request Ownership. We verify and approve claims within 1–2 business days.

How does Go Live work?β–Ύ

Add your weekly schedule under Edit β†’ Schedule & Live. The LIVE badge automatically appears during scheduled service windows in your timezone β€” no manual tap needed. You can also manually Go Live from the dashboard for special events outside your usual schedule.

Members can't message me β€” why?β–Ύ

Make sure your church is approved (status shows Approved on the dashboard) and that you've added a contact email under Edit β†’ Profile. Members can also reach you through the in-app inquiry form on your church profile.

Can I delete a post a member commented on?β–Ύ

Yes. Open the post on your dashboard and tap the three-dot menu β†’ Delete. The post and its comments are removed; members are not notified.
