Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Live Church Network account and the personal data connected to it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to the Live Church Network account you want to remove.
  2. Open Profile, then choose Edit Profile.
  3. Open the Privacy tab and select Delete account.
  4. Review what will be removed, type delete to confirm, and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting an account permanently removes the account profile, posts, comments, follows, reactions, prayer responses, messages, and associated settings. We remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.

Need help?

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@livechurchnetwork.com from the email address associated with the account. We will verify the request before deleting data.
